Inspired by Gucci's dream combination of eye shadow colors, the striking color trio combines “the chicest khaki green, the most flattering cool mink brown, and a pop of golden peach,” says Gucci, who wanted a set of alluring, earthy tones in her kit.
"I was inspired by Veruschka wearing her famous Yves Saint Laurent safari dress,” she says, referencing the iconic fashion image of the 1960s supermodel by photographer Franco Rubartelli. “It‘s sophisticated and a bit surprising but still incredibly wearable for everyday.” Worn individually, layered together, or mixed with Les Jours and Les Nuits, the three new shades–in Bonne Chance, Frappé, and Bisou–feature the same innovative to texture and “zero fallout” finish.
