"I love hosting, and this is a fun way to make guests feel welcome," says Gucci laying down a plaid tablecloth to set the scene. "A table-scape really complements a special meal, whether that's Thanksgiving dinner or a gathering with friends."
Similar to her color preference when mixing blush and lip tints, she chooses tabletop elements and textiles of contrasting colors and textures. Color-blocked plates from La Double J add a vibrant pop against rattan chargers, and all the handwoven plaid pieces from Heather Taylor Home (including the superplush seat cushions!) give a cozy touch that says "autumn." To pick up the pink and verdant green accents, Gucci adds Tory Burch wine glasses and forages bright dahlias directly from her garden. All that's missing? The still-warm apple pie she's serving for dessert.
