If you're searching for healthy snacks or fresh-pressed juices between baguettes and buerre in the City of Light, look no further than Maisie Café. Since opening its doors a few years back during Paris Fashion Week, Isabelle Capece's vegan and gluten-free eatery has become an instant favorite for editors, tastemakers, and all those in search of fresh, simple, and seasonal meals that are good for you, too. "I wanted to share food that still felt yummy, genuine, and comfortable for the gut," says Capece of the concept, which was inspired by her passion for holistic living.

During the recent Paris collections, Gucci stopped by for a quick lesson in making one of Capece's tastiest pick-me-up-treats: A superfood frappé smoothie that combines antioxidant-packed ingredients like banana and iced coffee with creamy, dairy-free oat milk, and Mucuna extract (an adaptogen that's proven to reduce stress). "To be mindful of sugar levels yet still give a healthy kick, I like to use flavors like dark chocolate and coffee," Capece explains, "Then, the oils in peanut butter are great for your skin and hair—especially as we walk into winter days."
