If there's one red carpet beauty that embodies the attitude of a true Versace bombshell, it's Emily Ratajkowski.  The actress-and-model has made a career out of merging scene-stealing sex appeal with a smart, spirited career and no shortage of body confidence. At the 2022 Met Gala in New York City, she did not disappoint. In honor of the night's "Gilded Glamour" theme, Ratajkowski dipped into the iconic Italian fashion house's 1992 archives and plucked out an embellished runway dress—then paired it with the ethereal rosy cheeks, sheer nude lips, and defined brows of a present-day supermodel. 

For Gucci, who dropped by The Mark Hotel to help her prep, there was an undercurrent of the era's haute polish to Ratajkowski's evening beauty look, with its "fresh rosiness" and high upswept bun. She blended layer upon layer of Baby Cheeks blush in Mimi (a tawny beige) and Dou Dou (a cool pink) blush high on the cheekbones for a refined “no makeup” makeup effect. Softly sculpted eyelids, a dash of liquid liner and feathery black lashes injected the look with a hint of signature glamour.  Setting it all in place?
